Repair service
The concept behind NAVIGON’s repair service aims at improving the relationship with the client and making clients feel good about our services. When it comes to repairs, it’s especially important to ensure things are as comfortable as possible for the client.
For clients who regularly use our products, it’s ideal when the product is returned within 6-8 days while otherwise they would have to wait weeks. This concept applies to products which are not part of the DOA arrangement.
The main points are:
-UPS picks up the product at the client’s home
-The product is returned to the client within 6-8 days.
-UPS delivers the product at the client’s home.

DOA service
The NAVIGON DOA-service applies to NAVIGON products which are part of the DOA settlement. The client is entitled to a new device if the complete packing can be handed in. According to the DOA settlement, the product will be credited and the credit will be sent to the dealer within 3 weeks.

DOA- service conditions
-The product has to have been purchased within a set term.
(If the device is older than the set term, it will be send back to the client)
-Each product has to be accompanied by an invoice on which the date of purchase is clearly stated.
- A clear indication of the selling point.
